Sleeping in for more than 8 hours, or going for 12-16 hours? You’ve got a problem!

Hey everybody! I wanted to bring something up, and it’s not an easy thing for anyone to talk about, or witness, due to it impacting on any productive things one does on a daily basis: Sleeping in way too much!

So from what I can tell you here, is likely from some experience, including being a heavy to light sleeper myself, to some people’s parents averaging a total of 12-16 hours of sleep in total, every day. Understanding is one thing, but willfully not wanting to wake up when there are things to do, tasks to be completed, housework to be done… It can all fall behind into a backlog!

Maybe there is some other underlying problem, could it be depression or some other mental health disorder? I think so. Occasionally I get/feel the blues, but that doesn’t stop me from hauling my butt out of bed. I do that, I remain awake, alert and I keep the brain of mine occupied.

Remember this: We are not animals that hibernate for months on end! We have a family to raise, a job to go to, and work to be done, even if it’s once a day! There’s books to read, exercise to be done, even if it’s as cold as an ice cave outside. We have to keep going on.

What I can suggest and advise, is to talk to somebody especially if the oversleeping, or willful oversleeping (you don’t want to get out of bed at all!) Is becoming a big problem! DON’T deny it. You need that help. It’s a little something that can improve everything for your own well-being and health.

Anyways, just wanted to make a new post, to indicate that this blog is not “dead” at all.

Cheers! Feel free to share/e-mail this post.

When people challenge those speaking out against and fighting the cult of scientology, but were never in the cult to begin with…

This I have to get off of my chest, well, my mind. I simply cannot stand to see others get attacked, ridiculed, teased, challenged or asked why they even fight scientology in many ways they can, be it on the Internet, or in real life via flyering, carding, stickering, shouting using a megaphone and protesting using vast signage, when they haven’t been “in” the cult to begin with.

That prompts me to then ask the people challenging such critics/never-in’s, what their intentions really are to begin with. Are they trying to “out” or “expose” critics/never-in’s? What for? What is there to “expose” about anyone? It sounds like a job OSA would do, or yet, somebody with an agenda (to put it nicely).

When the people challenging critics/never-ins starts to bring what they do outside of protesting (in all ways/methods possible) scientology into a discussion (personal matters, blogging, working, other activism, community efforts, etc.), then I tend to tell the people with an agenda that it is none of their business or concern, what somebody does with their lives and they should stay the fuck out of it.

I just dislike having to tell people off in this manner, especially if they start getting egged on, pushed further, into making it about that person’s personal life instead of what they were originally challenging for no reason at all, than to stir-up shit, drama and rubbish. They really should focus on themselves instead, including resolving the issues they have to deal with, instead of harassing other individuals for zero reasons.

Thank you for reading. Feel free to share this post in any way, and maybe it can teach people a thing or two, to MYOB respectively.

My first time going to ford fest with a friend, it was great!

It started at 5:00pm. I got there a bit late, but left home as quick as I could. Taking weston road the majority of the way there, then via the humber river regional trail, which has many connecting pathways. The one I took connected with islington via the back road to a plaza near rexdale. I then got to the place (islington and rexdale, south-west side) where it was being hosted.

There I met up with a friend and later on, my family. The music was very repetitive, cover bands and a DJ playing what I would call “commercial droning”, the same music every big radio station is playing every minute/hour of every day, all day. I tried to ignore it the majority of the time. The stage was compact but roomy from the looks of it.

Then came the next part were the mayor was speaking, I enjoyed that. Unfortunately I didn’t get to film the whole thing, due to waiting in the long lineup for the BBQ, to get a burger. Rob was speaking, then Doug followed. The speech was great. There was also a few rides and cotton candy near by. I stayed until it was over, then left. My friend wanted to hit tim hortons, but if we left, then I wouldn’t have shaken doug’s hand, nor would he had his photo taken with doug ford.

All in all, the whole thing rocked. It was just really crowded. So many people from all over the city, north, south, west, east, central, beaches, you name it. Sunny without a single cloud in the sky and quite warm out. Had it been cold, I wouldn’t be staying that long, unless they had heaters.

Thanks for reading.

Scientology leak, The Auditor, is now up on the internet in 5K video form, portrait style

Here is the video that was put together by one toronto anon who lost many hours of sleep scanning documents from 9:00 pm until 11:00 am the next day, putting the huge scans into a video of a short length, at the highest resolution possible.

May we present to you, the auditor! This wasn’t supposed to be posted on the internet, but like always, it’s here now!

Citizens Commission (Against, Violating) on Human Rights (CCHR) Scientology Front is at 788 King Street West in Toronto

Just to alert people about this nonsense, the church (cult) of scientology is going to be hiding behind a front group known as CCHR at 788 King Street West at Bathurst (or Niagara street, just a block away, near stanley park ) with their misleading seminar and all, slandering psychiatry and saying it’s very evil.

It would be very great to protest every single day! I did today, somebody who lives in that area DOES NOT want the cult to be there at all either. I hope more anons, critics, Ex-Scientologists also join in as the days go by. DO NOT be afraid at all! Bring a buddy if you must. It is not wise to do it alone at all, unless you can handle yourself physically and mentally.

This way, their fair game and bull-baiting doesn’t work and you don’t get sucked in yourself! I am writing this entry to educate people who search for it. I would hate to see people get sucked into the cult of scientology! Worst of all, they never use scientology in any of their front groups! It is a very evil thing they do. Scientology is after your mind, family, money, CHILDREN and your sanity.

Don’t be sucked in, fooled or tricked. For those in that can think for themselves, BLOW, Think, Run, Escape while you still can!!
